How to create a folder without a name and make it invisible without extra software on Windows

First create a new folder by right clicking anywhere, then new, then folder

Then rename that new folder, press and hold Alt button on your keyboard while typing 0160 on your numpad at the far right of your keyboard and press enter.

if you don’t have numpad numbers, then open character map by searching for it by pressing Windows key and S on your keyboard

Then scroll down and look for the invisible character

Then click on it, click on select then on copy

Then paste it in the name of your new folder

Then press enter to finish renaming your new folder, right click on it then properties

Then click on the customize tab followed by change icon

Then look for an invisible icon and click on it then click ok

Then click ok again

Then congratulations, you have just created an invisible folder, however, that folder is still selectable and you can still see information about it by hovering over it as in the following images
